I was a little wary of the online-only model, but we decided to work with Amanda Rossiter on the strength of recommendation from a neighbour. I thought the service from Amanda was great. She was really proactive, the advert and photos looked as good as any traditional agent we've used before (and the video and drone footage were miles better than I've seen before), and we got an acceptable offer after only a week or two. . The service is also good value versus traditional players. I would be happy to recommend Housespotters and Amanda in particular if you're looking for an estate agent.
